Circa 1969, several strangers, most with a secret to bury, meet by chance at Lake Tahoe's El Royale, a rundown hotel with a dark past. Over the course of one night, everyone will show their true colors - before everything goes to hell.
A daring synthetic biologist, after a car accident kills his family, will stop at nothing to bring them back, even if it means pitting himself against a government-controlled laboratory, a police task force and the physical laws of science.
This is the worst movie I've seen in a long time. I don't even know where to begin! I'll just start with Keanu. Why are they still putting this idiot in movies? He has never been able to act, and then to Put him in a movie that requires such a range of emotions.
Now the movie, even though I couldn't begin to cover everything. I knew before they awakened the first android what its reaction would be. What if you woke up and looked down to see your body is metal and wires? I would want to kill whoever did that to me, I'd rather be dead!
Another huge problem I had is with the clones. When they came out of the pods, their bodies would be flaccid, no muscle tone at all, yet the wife goes running immediately.
So many other problems that I can't begin to cover. I guess on some level it's entertaining. It's just really hard for me to watch Keanu. Please stop putting him in movies!!!!!
